Vassil Pavlov is a seasoned recruitment leader with over 15 years of experience in human capital strategy, executive search, and talent acquisition across Bulgaria and the EMEA region. Currently Managing Partner at Antal International Bulgaria, Vasil plays a key role in expanding the firm’s presence in Southeast Europe and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions to both local and international clients. Prior to Antal, Vassil led strategic hiring initiatives as Recruitment Shared Services Center Manager for Europe at GfK, overseeing recruitment operations across more than 10 countries. His leadership extended beyond process optimization—he built and mentored high-performing teams, ensured consistent service excellence, and contributed to global talent projects. His career spans notable organizations including Raiffeisenbank, PwC, and HILL International, where he developed deep expertise in both tech and non-tech hiring, employer branding, onboarding, and HR consulting. Vasil has also actively contributed to the implementation of digital tools such as Workday and GDPR-aligned recruiting practices. With a strong belief in the value of strategic, human-centric recruitment, Vassil is passionate about enabling businesses to grow through talent.
