Mila Valkova has a proven track record as an HR professional with over 12 years of experience in some of the largest international companies in Bulgaria, across the outsourcing, retail, and banking sectors. For the past 8 years, she has successfully led HR teams, applying a strategic and people-centric approach to every aspect of her work. Currently, she holds the position of Head of HR at ProCredit Bank Bulgaria, where she focuses on building an engaging and sustainable work environment. Her expertise spans talent acquisition and retention, leadership and training programs, corporate culture and organizational behavior, and employer branding. Mila holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Economics from the University of National and World Economy, with a specialization in Human Resource Management. She firmly believes that the successful management of human capital is key to achieving business results, and that a company’s growth begins with the well-being and satisfaction of its people.
