With more than 15 years of HR experience, and the last 8+ of those in different leadership roles, across high-growth tech and global organizations—including Skyscanner and Burgiss—Hristina blends strategic insight with a deep understanding of organizational psychology and labor law. Her work spans the full HR lifecycle, with a particular focus on global people operations, employer branding, and building cultures rooted in trust, autonomy, and inclusion. As an alumna of the prestigious EIC Women in Leadership Programme, Hristina is also a vocal advocate for gender equality and empowering women in leadership roles.
