Branislava Yovich

Branislava is a PhD student at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), where her academic work focuses on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and mixed-methods research in the HR field. She is part of the prestigious ENGAGE.EU research community, working on the project “Smart HR: Organizational Readiness and Socioeconomic Impact of HR Software Implementation in European Institutions.” In parallel with her academic pursuits, Branislava brings hands-on, global HR experience as Head of People at Kasha and Director of Kasha Bulgaria – all-in-one business super-tool that simplifies daily operations, seamlessly connects essential tools, and empowers business owners to focus on what they love.At Kasha, she leads international HR initiatives with a strong focus on scaling inclusive HR systems, culture building, and ethical AI in talent management.
